What the lower ratings actually say
The price is not what I saw earlier
Fair. The plan has moved since launch and older screenshots and articles still show older prices. The current price is Rs 199 per month, and the price you pay is the one shown on the payment screen before you confirm.
I could not find how to cancel
It is in the app, under your profile. Open Profile, then Manage Subscription, then Cancel. Access continues until the period you have already paid for ends, and a reminder goes out a day before renewal. Cancelling from Google Play subscriptions works too if you would rather do it there.
My coach took a while to reply
Coaches are real people, so replies are not instant and are slower in the evening peak. If a reply has not come within a day, send a follow up in the same chat rather than starting a new one, because the history stays with your coach.
Is the plan actually personal, or the same for everyone
The starting plan is built from what you enter at signup, so two people who enter the same details do see similar plans on day one. It stops being generic once you talk to a coach and tell them what you actually eat.
Decide for yourself, free
Lose weight eating your own home food. Chat with 20+ expert coaches any time. Start free, then Rs 199 per month.
